This estimate is for installation of 2 Hobart FT1000 dish machines to be installed during overnight (premium) hours in subsequent weeks. Hobart will remove old units and ecologically dispose of them. We will receive new units at customers' location. We will then move new units into place and install. We will install flanged legs with approved hardware. We will install new stainless steel exhaust ducts from the machine to the customers existing plenum above ceiling. We will hook up Drain lines to customers floor sinks and Hot and Cold water lines. Start Up and Training will be done the days the new unit(s) is/are finished with installation . Customer responsible for clear access into location that unit is being installed and having proper utilities per approved drawing including drain. This estimate includes an additional 6 months of warranty giving the customer 1.5 years of warranty on each dish machine. ANY CHANGES IN THIS SCOPE OF WORK WILL REQUIRE A NEW ESTIMATE. This estimate is contingent upon customer having all utilities correct as approved drawings and clear access for the installation
