These terms apply to purchases from F.S.E., Inc. ("FSE") at fse247.com.

Pricing & availability. Prices are current at the time shown and may change with manufacturer price lists. Where manufacturer policy prevents advertised pricing, we provide quotes on request. All equipment is subject to manufacturer availability; we will confirm lead time after order placement and offer alternatives or a full refund if an item is unavailable.

Commercial use. Products sold are commercial foodservice equipment intended for commercial use; specifications and warranties are as published by each manufacturer. Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer's authorized network; we will help you initiate any warranty claim.

Quotes. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
