Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout the United States.

Parcel items (smallwares, supplies, small equipment): $12.95 flat standard shipping; FREE on orders of $499 or more.

Equipment freight. Larger equipment ships by freight carrier — most items directly from the manufacturer's dock to you. Lead times are shown on each product page (typically 3–7 business days from the manufacturer unless noted). Curbside delivery with liftgate is standard; inside delivery, uncrating, and installation are available — ask us for a quote.

Local delivery & installation (San Diego County). Our own crews deliver, level, connect, and get you to first service.

Inspect before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours — see our Return Policy for freight-claim handling.
